Building Fine Residences in the greater Bay Area

We have been customizing the client experience building smarter, higher quality homes since 1979.

our story

Established in 1979, Marrone & Marrone was comprised of several construction divisions including cabinetmaking, framing, finish carpentry, and painting/finishing. In the beginning, operating the various divisions was crucial to provide the high level of quality and craftsmanship we have become known for. Over time, and as our subcontractors quality increased we found that focusing on management, our strongest asset, provided the greatest value to our clients. By the mid-1990s, we began to focus exclusively on project management and job supervision. Today we work with established industry partners, the most qualified subcontractors, and innovative new building products/technology to deliver truly exceptional projects.
